About the Role
As a Care Worker, you will deliver personalised, high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Your role is to help them maintain independence while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver personal care and mobility assistance
✔ Support with medication administration and reminders
✔ Prepare meals and assist with hydration
✔ Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
✔ Help with light housekeeping and lifestyle support
What We’re Looking For
We want carers who are passionate about making a difference and eager to grow their careers in a supportive, premium environment.
Essential Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Minimum six months’ experience (preferably in home care)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

Training and Development
At Aurea Care, we believe that exceptional care starts with a solid foundation. That’s why all care and support staff complete the full Care Certificate programme during induction, regardless of previous experience or prior completion elsewhere. This ensures consistency, quality, and alignment with Aurea Care’s high standards and values.
Compliance and DBS
- Enhanced DBS check required – £65.20 (fully reimbursed after 6-month probation)
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
