How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of care hours your family needs each month. Each package includes clinical oversight, digital care planning, and family liaison support as standard, so you only pay for the time and expertise that truly supports your loved one.

Our care is led by registered nurses and delivered by experienced carers under clinical supervision. Depending on the plan, support may include daily personal care, medication management, dementia guidance, and ongoing family communication.

Once your application is received, a nurse will review your details within three to five working days. If a space is available, your Safe Start Consultation and home safety check are scheduled immediately so that care can begin smoothly.

Yes. Families can increase or reduce their monthly hours, or move between plans as care needs evolve. Your allocated nurse will review progress with you regularly to ensure ongoing suitability and comfort.
