We help a small number of families so everyone gets care that feels safe and personal. Families also get easy online tools and videos that show them what to do at home. This helps everyone feel calm, looked after, and confident that the care is done the right way.
Meet the Founder
Aurea Care was founded by Portia, a Registered Nurse and Midwife with extensive experience supporting individuals and families with complex care needs at home. Her work centres on nurse-led oversight, safety, continuity of care, and informed family involvement.
Aurea Care supports a small number of families to ensure consistent, clinically guided care. The service provides clear education and professional leadership, enabling families to understand care needs, recognise risk, and support their loved ones to live safely and with dignity at home.
