- Receive your written report within 5 working days
You can attach the care plan as a PDF, Word document, photo, or scan. If the agency gave you a paper copy, take clear photos of every page and attach them all.
Who this is for:
This is for families who have a care agency looking after their parent at home and want to know whether the care plan is thorough enough. You don’t need any medical or care knowledge to use this service. The report is written for you, not for professionals.
Who carries out the audit:
Portia is a registered nurse and the director of Aurea Care, a CQC regulated nurse led homecare provider in London. She is not connected to your parent’s care agency. This review is completely independent.
Your parent’s information is safe with us. All care plans submitted are stored securely and used only for the purpose of completing this audit. Your parent’s care plan and all personal information within it will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the report being delivered. Nothing is shared with any third party. Aurea Care Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller.
